The 2006 Arcadia Lake Ice Bowl was held on January 22nd by tournament director Mark Vasicek.  Each disc golfer brought five cans fo food to support the tournament and all proceeds were donated to the Food & Shelter for Friends of Norman.  This tournament has always been successful at raising money and food for a great cause and this year was no different.

The format for the tournament was one round of 36 holes (all divisions played the red and blue course) and then one round of 18 (pro/adv played the red and int/rec played the blue). A total of 65 disc golfers showed up and Mark was able to raise over 200 lbs of food. There were two aces on the day: one by Kelly Allen and one by Coda Hatfield.  Divsion winners were:

Masters: James Roubidoux
Advanced: Chris Pierce
Advanced Masters: Steve King
Advanced Grandmasters: Steve Smith
Intermediate: Kyle Barker
Recreational: Sirak Tesfai
